composite parts and assemblies made with lay-up method in ambient temperature,
assemblies of sandwich constructions (honeycombs) made in high temperatures with pressure,
metal-metal bonding processes of airplane skins with using adhesive films in high temperatures and pressure,
thermoplastic parts made by injection moulding method,
thermosetting pars and assemblies,
rubber and metal-rubber parts.

ZPTSz specializes in production of aviation composite and bonded assemblies such as:
engine nacelles, fairings and air intakes,
air ducts,
wing tips, tail plane and vertical tail unit tips, fuselage nose,
structural assemblies with „honeycomb” core,
metal bonded assemblies; wings, fuselage, elevator and tail plane skins,
accessories of cabins (shelves, wall, floor and ceiling panels) that meet FAR Part 25 requirements,
fireproof shields for electric elements that meet the requirements of FAR Part 23 par. 1193.
