We are pleased to present our cooperation proposal.
We are young, wholly private owned (Ltd.) Polish company specialised in production of high precision parts for aviation industry mostly. We are also producing parts for automotive industry by using a well spread sub-suppliers net system.
On the base of our high skilled people we have created a small company which is strongly competitive on the international aviation and automotive industry parts market. We are the sole supplier in the world for over twenty parts (machining only) for Boeing 737, Boeing 757 and Bombardier CRJ700.
The company employs presently 20 people, including managers, operators, fitters and design/process engineers.
Two CNC milling centres are in our possession. They are two CNC Mazak 4-axes milling centres- one horizontal and the other vertical on which we use self-made CNC programmes (CAM). Quality Inspection is strongly aided by self-owned 3D Measuring Machine Zeiss Vista with Automatic Measuring System Calypso.
We have introduced and we still maintain Quality Assurance System which is based on the AS-9100 Rev. B standard. We are approved supplier of Goodrich Company (aircraft landing gear producer), British Aerospace Systems and WSK-PZL Rzeszów (UTC-Pratt&Whitney).
Our experience in the specific field of aviation parts production predestines our company to low, medium and also high volume production. We are experienced in machining of standard and special steel grades, aluminium, stainless steel (17-4PH and 15-5PH grades) and also plastics (control tools for aircraft engine pipes). In case when sheet metal and plate work are required we use our friend companies which own CNC laser cutting machines. Also we have sub-suppliers for all types of welding works (TIG, MIG, etc.), bending, grinding, electro-galvanising, powder and two-components painting and for all types of conventional machining works.
Our managers are experienced in international sourcing of automotive and aircraft parts (for General Electric Co., Woodward [former Lucas, Delphi Diesel Systems], Boeing, Bosch, Teledyne) from their former employers, i.e. representatives of GE and British companies (3 people). We stay in permanent contact with managers of many Polish metal industry companies. Our designers and process engineers are also skilled in materials handling devices (car body conveyors and lifts) design, press and machining fixture design.
All managers and design/process engineers have good command of English, some are also fluent in German and Russian.
Our company’s facility which is placed South East of Poland gives us good opportunity to develop contact with Russian, Ukrainian, Czech and Slovakian industries. We have already had some contact with Ukrainian industry.
