From April 13–16, Rzeszów hosted a delegation of Basque companies as part of a business mission aimed at strengthening cooperation in the aerospace sector. The initiative was led by Basque Trade & Investment, in cooperation with the HEGAN and AFM clusters, and hosted locally by Aviation Valley with the support of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH) and the City of Rzeszów.

The program included B2B meetings, networking sessions and industrial visits to key aerospace facilities in the Podkarpackie region. Participants also explored the region’s industrial and technological potential.

The visit provided an opportunity to identify new business and supply chain opportunities while fostering closer industrial ties between the Basque Country and Poland. It also laid the groundwork for future collaboration, ranging from short-term contracts to long-term joint innovation projects in advanced manufacturing and aerospace technologies.
