CAREER
MTS Lab Sp. z o.o. Automation and digitalization of the machinery industry. We are a team of engineers with many years of experience in the field of automation and digitalization of the machinery industry. We support production organizations in solving complex technical and technological challenges – from concepts, through prototyping, to full industrial implementations. We design efficiency, safety, precision, and competitive advantage based on CNC technologies, automation, and digital integration. We support both OEMs and manufacturing plants seeking to fully utilize their machinery. Over the years of working at Siemens – in the department related to CNC technologies – we had the opportunity to cooperate on projects implemented for Polish and foreign clients. Today, as an independent entity, we offer flexible and direct expert support, developing proprietary applications tailored to customer needs.
COOPERATION
We support industrial plants in the areas of: – production automation and digitization, – optimization and security of manufacturing processes, – cybersecurity of industrial environments, – CAD–CAM–CNC system integration. We carry out projects including: – development and implementation of advanced machines (5-axis, multi-axis, task-oriented, and special-purpose machines), – implementation and optimization in the area of machining and additive technologies (based on Siemens CNC systems, drives, and PLCs), – creation and implementation of digital twins of CNC machines to improve the representation, testing, and validation of technologies in a virtual environment (improving production safety and quality), – collision prevention systems on machines, – collection and processing of machine data (using OPC UA, creating custom scripts in JavaScript, NodeRed, Python, and other languages), – support in the area of machine cybersecurity and assistance in developing measures to reduce the impact of cybersecurity incidents, – security and resilience of IT/OT infrastructure, – CNC machine geometry compensation (LEC, MSEC, SAG, MEC, VSC – volumetric), – integration of robots with CNC machine tools, including the use of robot arms as interpolated axes controlled by SINUMERIK CNC (which increases the accuracy of positioning and motion control).
