New ASD Sustainability Department

In response to the importance of sustainability as a transversal topic, and as part of the ASD development plan, ASD has established a new sustainability department. Under the leadership of Isabelle Maelcamp, the team will be coordinating ASD’s engagement with the EU institutions and other stakeholders on sustainability-related issues and corporate social responsibility.

Legal Challenge against RefuelEU Aviation. European renewable ethanol producers have launched a legal challenge against the RefuelEU Aviation Regulation to seek partial annulment for excluding crop-based biofuels from the definition of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). More here.
