General Electric Company Polska Ltd (GECP) has been present on the Polish market for almost 25 years. Since 2000, together with the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Aviation, it forms engineering hub in Warsaw under the name Engineering Design Center (EDC).We specialize in the design of aircraft propulsion and composite airframe structures. Our company creates and tests safety critical software and avionics systems. It also develops engines fleet management applications and aircraft health monitoring solutions based on the Big Data analyses. Our engineering teams use innovative additive technologies that are a part of the fourth industrial revolution.GE Company Polska operates as part of a larger GE Aviation ecosystem in Poland, in which, in addition to the Engineering Design Center, there is Polonia Aero laboratory in Zielonka, production plants in Bielsko-Biała (Avio Aero) and Dzierżoniów (Unison), as well as repair & service centers - Central European Engine Services in Warsaw, and  the newly opened XEOS in Środa Śląska.
