B2B Sales Coordinator / Manager – Specialist in Special Processes in the Aviation Industry

We are currently looking for an experienced B2B Sales Coordinator / Manager, specializing in special processes (such as thermal spray, hardfacing, brazing, welding, and others) in the aerospace sector, both in production and MRO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing the sales channels of our products and services, aimed at business customers worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:
• Efficient management of the B2B sales process, from identifying customer needs, through negotiations, to finalizing transactions.
• Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, offering a personalized approach and tailored solutions.
• Collaborating with the technical team to create customized offers that meet specific technical and business requirements of clients.
• Coordinating activities with a network of sales agents and expanding it to increase the company’s market presence and ensure effective distribution of products and services.
• Monitoring sales targets of the agent network and reporting progress to the management.
• Cooperating with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies and sales support materials.
• Developing sales strategy and company sales plan.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferred in the aerospace industry.
• Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
• Negotiation and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other foreign languages will be an additional asset.
• Proficiency in IT tools, MS Office suite.
• Ability to analyze sales data.
• Possession of a category B driver’s license, due to the possibility of business travel.
• Willingness to travel for business, including visits to clients, suppliers, and participation in industry fairs.
