The role we offer
Incora sees Poland as a strategically important country with growth opportunities. Supporting our supply chain operations facilities in both hardware and chemical products and being the hub for our EMEA Shared Service Centre makes Poland key to Incora’s growth strategy. We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Operations in this strategically important region for us.
As the figurehead for the operation, you will lead the Customer Service and General Management function.
You’ll be brilliant at developing and building strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers and driving continuous process improvements throughout the supply chain.
You’ll always put customers first, fascinated by customer growth strategies and always looking for ways to grow our business by seeking out key opportunities.
With good knowledge of local legislation, you’ll make sure we’re legally compliant. And a big part of your role will focus on quality, and you’ll strive to never let a mistake slip by, so our zero defects ethos will be a perfect match.
You will love engaging with your people to create a high performing team through excellent communication, direction setting, coaching and development, creating an outstanding colleague experience.
You will deliver on the numbers, always keeping your eye on costs and savings to help us deliver Exceptional Financial Management.
The majority of your time will be spent leading the team, driving outstanding supplier performance to, in turn, offer the best Intentional Customer Service.
And you’ll have a challenging job on your hands, as you’ll have full accountability for the end to end performance of the supply chain.
Building great working relationships is important to you, as you will also lead cross-functional activities in line with our wider strategy, work collaboratively with our functional leaders, key stakeholders, and colleagues across the globe.
KPI’s will not faze you, as you will thrive on achieving consistently strong results whilst developing customer performance metrics.
What'll you'll need
All of the above, a relevant degree and experience in a previous General Management role. You’ll have a track record of leading a sizeable operation and delivering exceptional results in a relevant sector
